Inspiration

When first gathering with the group we had several ideas we wanted to work on.Because litter has always been a big environmental issue we all agreed that solving it will be one of the biggest positive changes to our planet. Personally my other inspiration came from observing the streets of Rotterdam. Anywhere I looked there was a little rubbish of some kind...

I decided to document the variety of different trash I came across.These are some of the many images.

I came from Bulgaria. A country with beautiful mountains. My house is located in a forest. I have always carried the love for nature in my heart. A lot of people there though are ignorant and don't cherish what they have. They take it for granted, they throw large amounts of rubbish in the natural world and it hurts my feelings that plants have to exist in such circumstances.

I remember when being on a walk one day I came across plastic with moss growing on top of it. This is when I realised for real how strong nature is and how no matter if some people don't respect that and don't care she will always find a way to heal her wound. This forever remained my main inspiration.

I decided to focus on one specific trash and photograph it when seeing on the street. My individual work was on the redbull cans that is why I somehow followed it
